Sunday on Thursday

What is it?

Each Thursday, there will be a Sunday on Thursday activity posted to the our website. This is an opportunity for parents or guardians to engage with their children in discussing what they learned the previous Sunday.

For the Walking Ones to Four class, there will be a reminder of the Bible story, monthly song, and a simple activity to complete together. For the five to ten year olds, there will be a reminder of the sermon passage and a corresponding discussion activity to remind them of the key themes of that passage.

How do I stay updated?

Why are we doing this?

We would like to have children know that they are thought of even when they are not at church. Our heart for LHC Kids is to impact each child with the truth of the Gospel from the very beginning, that they may believe on the Lord Jesus and abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. We desire to give parents and guardians the support they need to raise their children in that Truth so together they glorify God, build community, and live missionally.
